Shipping & delivery

We ship within South Africa only. We don’t currently offer international delivery, including to neighbouring countries.

Orders arrive within 3–5 working days of payment being confirmed. Every unit is given a final test after an order comes in and before it’s packed, which is included in that window. We don’t ship anything untested.

Delivery is free on every order, shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, its status updates on your order tracking page through four stages: Processing, Shipped, Out for delivery, and Delivered. We update this ourselves as your order moves. It’s not an automated courier feed.

If a package arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out. See our returns and warranty terms.
